Two seatings featuring chef Rick Tramonto’s multicourse tasting menus: from 5 to 6:45 PM a three-course prix fixe menu is available for $110, and from 8:30 to 11 PM there's a six-course, $165 chef's collection in addition to a "Black and White Truffle" collection ($230). Champagne toast at midnight and live piano music.
