Most liberals believe that a citizen has the right to choose his neighborhood and the neighborhood has no right to exclude him. But apparently this concept is not attractive to the Reader.
You seem to think that persons who are better off financially, or who are not Mexican, should be excluded from Pilsen.
But why limit it at that? Why not petition the federal government to make it a reservation? Then outsiders could not buy land there, and Pilsen could become rich from casino gambling. Since the Reader is opposed to demographic changes, this should satisfy you, as this would effectively freeze the population for generations to come.
