Chef Ryan LaRoche and pastry chef Meg Galus offer a five-course prix fixe featuring choices like truffled parsley risotto with black trumpet mushrooms, crispy veal sweetbreads with polenta and collard greens, a bone-in rib eye, pan-sweared sea bass, a cheese course, and desserts including a dark chocolate napoleon with a sable cookie and mousse. "Supplements" include white or black shaved truffle, butter-poached lobster, roasted foie gras to share, and oysters on the half shell.
