I read with great interest Michael Miner's January 19 column on Kalari Girtley. It was inspirational to read both about a dedicated young reporter and the continuing positive effect of investigative journalism.

Unfortunately the Lakefront Outlook's coverage was not available on the Internet. That has been remedied, and the Hyde Park Herald has posted it prominently at the top of the Web page (hpherald.com). The articles have been reformatted from a PDF to Web pages at hpherald.com/lo1.html.
