The regular menu is available until 7 PM, after which a four-course menu is $75 per person. Choices include antipasti such as winter vegetable Umbrian faro, polenta with three-meat ragu, or seasonal mixed greens with toasted walnuts, dried cherries, and Parmesan; cavatelli with wild mushrooms or gemelli with house-made chicken sausage; chicken Mario, seafood stew, crispy polenta with winter vegetables, braised lamb shank or short ribs, Parmesan-crusted pork tenderloin, or Niman Ranch filet mignon; and Meyer lemon panna cotta, apple crostada with vanilla gelato, or bittersweet chocolate tart with candied orange. Complimentary glass of house-made limoncello or chocolacello.
