Our Space Brothers

To the editors:

Since I read one of the letters a couple of weeks ago [November 22] about UFOs by a Len Strong, I have been waiting for someone to respond to it. I am amazed to see that, so far, no one has. Either no one cares about UFOs or everyone accepts his statement that the "government is secretly contemplating our possible annihilation at the hands of (what Mr. Strong refers to as) Super Tamerlanes leading hordes of celestial ravagers."

As an avid reader of books by Whitley Strieber and Brad Steiger, I can't see how anyone could compare our space brothers to barbarian hordes. As Strieber wrote in Transformation: "I have learned much about the value and sense of communion with the visitors. The whole point of it seems to me to involve strengthening the soul. Certainly this has been central to my relationship with them." Small wonder then, that Brad Steiger points out in The Fellowship: "Thousands of men and women throughout the world have made the UFO a symbol of religious awakening and spiritual transformation."

Steiger believes that throughout history our space brothers, referred to as the higher intelligences, have helped mankind by communicating basic truths and concepts. Now we need their help more than ever because a variety of sources indicate natural disasters lie ahead for the planet and its inhabitants as earth is about to enter a new area of space and with it a new vibratory rate.

As Steiger writes in The Fellowship: "An important reason for the space brothers visitation to earth at this time is that our entire solar system is in transit into a new area of space, a new density, and that is changing the vibratory rate of the nucleus of every atom in our planet, raising it to a higher frequency. This change is particularly a problem for man of earth because he has fallen behind in his spiritual evolution and is not ready for the events which are at hand."

And this is where our space brothers come into the picture, "our brothers from space have stated that they have been sent by the will of our infinite creator to help those who choose the path of love and service to raise themselves to a new consciousness, the level of consciousness which, in not too many years, will be necessary for man if he would continue to live and evolve with this planet as it enters fully into the new area of space which will bring about the period many have called the new age."

Instead of scaring people unnecessarily with his talk of barbarian hords, Mr. Strong should be encouraging us to open our arms to our space brothers who are working so hard to see us through a most difficult period.
