To the editor:

I would like to suggest to the author of the comic strip "The City" (June 11) that his portrayal of the Serbia-Kosovo bombing is incomplete by 16 frames. The author uses only four frames to illustrate the devastation inflicted by four errant NATO bombs, when in fact we know that 20 out of 25,000 NATO bombs missed their targets.

As long as we're adding frames, maybe the author also could illustrate the one and a half million uprooted Albanians and the Serbian slaughter of untold thousands of Albanians yet to be counted. Doesn't have to be a big deal; maybe half a frame.
