5 PM Opening reception for Richard Holland's sound installation "Of Change," Hyde Park Art Center, 5307 S. Hyde Park Blvd. F (Through December 15: Mon-Fri 9 AM-5 PM and Sat noon-5 PM).

Saturday 13

9:00 PM Stuart Dempster & Jeb Bishop (trombone duo), Nicolas Collins & Jonathan Chen, 3030, 3030 W. Cortland. $10 ($8 for students and seniors).

Sunday 14

7:30 PM Films by Paula Froehle, Phill Niblock's The Magic Sun, and Michael Vorfeld's Leuchtstoff, Gene Siskel Film Center, 164 N. State. $8 ($5 for students and seniors).

11:00 PM Radio broadcast of "Industry of the Ordinary: Faith" on WLUW 88.7 FM.

Wednesday 17

Thursday 18

Sunday 21

10:00 PM Radio broadcast of a live collaboration between Sons of God and Blind Spot on WLUW 88.7 FM.
