Paul Greenberg, whose book Four Fish: the Future of the Last Wild Food focuses on seafood sustainability and fish farming practices in the four most frequently-consumed fish--salmon, sea bass, cod, tuna--makes an appearance at North Pond, where chef Bruce Sherman prepares a special five-course menu for the occasion. Sherman's seafood-centric dishes don't feature any of those top four, instead including oysters, shrimp, sardines, char, and whitefish. Call to reserve.
