An all-you-can-eat-and-drink pig roast includes PBR drafts and cocktails from Sailor Jerry and Stoli. There's also a 140-pound pig, sourced from Slagel Farms and roasted under the watchful eye of Helge Pedersen, who was featured last year in an Reader article on the underground charcuterie movement.
