Kamp Gallery will sponsor the exhibition “Plein Air Artist Brian Sindler: Portraits of the Midwest” featuring paintings by Brian Sindler, from Saturday, June 5 through Saturday, July 10. Sindler’s work centers around the landscape. He is influenced by the American impressionist and tonalist painters of the late 19th and early 20th centuries, particularly James McNeill Whister and Bruce Crane. His paintings are represented in private and corporate collections in the US and internationally. There will be an opening reception with the artist on Saturday, June 5 from 5:30 pm – 8:30 pm.
