I WISH Polish Culture and Cuisine Class What: As part of the World Food Tour series, I WISH is offering a Polish food and culture class at Red Apple in Avondale. Take part in Chicago's rich Polish heritage while sampling authentic dishes like pierogi, cold soups, and various sausages. Led by a prominent member of the Polish community, learn about the history and customs of Polish cuisine so you can take advantage of this wonderful tradition right here in Chicago. Who: I WISH Lessons partnering with Red Apple. Class to be taught by Jan Lorys, director of the Polish Museum of America and a prominent member of Chicago's Polonia.
