When: Fri., Aug. 21, 7 p.m. 2009
AIGA Chicago is committed to stimulating thinking about design and actively seeks opportunities with the Chicago design community through professional and public programming, community outreach, education and partnerships with local designers and artists. Join us at the Andrew Rafacz Gallery, with the Public Works show as a backdrop, for a lecture series with Chris Eichenseer, Jason Teegarden-Downs and Justin Fines. Guests will discuss the creation and continued success of their endeavor, introduce their work, share stories relating to the work and their processes. Each speaker will talk for an hour followed by a question and answer period. The night is meant to educate and inspire, and to answer the basic questions What do you do?, How do you manage to do this?, and What does this bring to the community at large? This is a free event. This event is co-sponsored by AIGA Chicago.
