Dr. Aihan Kuhn, president of the Tai Chi & Qi Gong Healing Institute, will present an hour-long seminar on Qigong. Qigong is a full body energy workout with an internal meditative & external muscular endurance focus. You will learn the basics of Qigong, relationship between Qigong and Chinese medicine, and movements of a special Qigong exercise routine. Fee is $25 in advance; $35 at door.
