Chef Andy Motto offers a four-course prix fixe menu for $70 per person, $90 with wine pairings; a vegetarian menu is also available. The nonvegetarian menu includes a glass of champagne, a choice of tuna sashimi or oyster with roe and persimon, diver scallops or linguine with wild mushrooms and bottarga, veal short ribs or foie gras mousse with chestnut, and a dessert of chocolate and marshmallow.
