It was Easter morning. Bright yellow daffodils were sprouting through the grass next to the on ramp to the Kennedy Expressway at Fullerton. About halfway up the embankment a young woman stood with two girls in pastel dresses and frilly hats and a little boy with suspenders and a bow tie. At the bottom of the incline a man held a camera, poised to take a picture of his family.
