Rock Bottom brewers Pete Crowley and Davin Bartosch will pair their beers with a six-course dinner that includes white Alaskan salmon with lemon-basil creme and a bottle-conditioned Belgian-style wit bier; braised rabbit with cask-conditioned red ale spiced with sage; and blackberry-infused ice cream with a brandy and bourbon sugar reduction on sweetened crepes, paired with bourbon oatmeal stout.
