Writers Theatre and Black Lives, Black Words present a digital production of a play by Reginald Edmund, directed by Simeilia Hodge-Dallaway and originally presented through the Black Lives, Black Words International Project last summer. (Edmund and Hodge-Dallaway, who are married, are the cofounders of BLBW.) Kamal Angelo Bolden returns as Marcus, a recently married man who has been laid off from his job and begins driving for a ride sharing service. His encounters with passengers range from silly to sinister, and they're exacerbated by being a Black man dealing with white supremacy. Edmund based the play in part on his own experiences, captured through Facebook posts, as a driver for Uber.

Price: Solo $40, Duo $65, Trio $85, Ensemble (4+), $100
