Right Bite Dinner

Instructors from Robert Morris University's culinary school, as well as a conservation expert from Shedd Aquarium, talk sustainable seafood choices: after a demonstration of techniques for shucking and preparing oysters, dinner includes bouillabaisse consomme, Pacific halibut Wellington with root vegetable puree and chard, and a fall fruit crisp with ice cream and berry coulis.
