That is now embedded into the way I think about absolutely everything, creative and personal. It’s changed my DNA."

My first year there was really about filling this gap and creating a queer space for queer artists for queer audiences, for underrepresented communities, trying to really extend that representation and integrate it into particular nights. By year three, it didn’t matter what night you were going to, all these things were already embedded, which was really exciting.”
