Salute Wine Bar is changing up it's monthy series, Casa di Vino, by saying arrivederci vino and ciao to cello! The March 9 tasting will feature a limoncello tasting, debuting three new zesty cello flavors, along with unique menu items, for $25 per person. The four-course pairing includes: ·Red Leaf Frisee Salad with Tangy Goat Cheese | laced with a pomegranate vinaigrette, finished with a fresh lemon-pomegranate cello ·Braised Pork Belly | glazed with a blood orange-vanilla beurre blanc, with sautéed brussel sprouts and pancetta followed by a blood orange-vanilla cello ·Traditional Cannoli | served with a pistachio creme cello ·Amaretto-Coffee Ice Cream | served with an over-sized biscotti and mocha cello
