S&M's Underground Agenda Recommended

He's a scientist by day. But by night S is a clandestine chef, working in furtive tandem with his partner—that'd be M—to produce what they call "lab-grade food" in their Pilsen (location otherwise undisclosed) kitchen. This weekend and next their venture S&M's Underground is offering a five-course BYOB meal for a suggested donation of $50; the minimalist menu promises "soup" (celeriac, cream, beet), "confit" (duck, squash, Gorgonzola, tomato, arugula), and "white chocolate" (cake, veloute, orange), among other dishes.
