Sideshow Theatre presents a series of five virtual readings, followed by interactive celebrations, which will stream over the company's Twitch channel over the next several months. The schedule is as follows:

Friday, March 19:Thin Mints by Ellen Steves, directed by Justin J. Sacramone. A group of Bonfire Girls spend five days at a "woodland jamboree," where the struggle to win the title of troop leader takes some dark twists into abuse and manipulation.

Friday, April 23: A Heap See, by Dawn Renee Jones, directed by Arti Ishak. A woman who survived the American war in Laos and life in a Thai refugee camp is determined to make a better life for her children in Saint Paul.

Friday, May 21: Once in a Bleu Moon, by Mallory Raven-Ellen Backstrom, directed by Sideshow artistic director Regina Victor, a "a witchy fable about womb magick, self-forgiveness and breaking generational curses."

Friday, August 20: Fabuloso!, by Makasha Copeland. A cleaning crew at a luxury resort attempts to solve the mystery of who killed their boss—and why anyone should care.

Friday, September 17: The Whisperer's Apprentice, by Walt McGough. An ancient kingdom, built on storytelling, is on the verge of collapse. Two siblings go on a journey to find the one woman who might be able to stave off the chaos. As a companion to this piece, McGough "will lead a group of hale and hearty Sideshow artists through a weekly, live-streamed and completely ridiculous campaign of Dungeons & Dragons. Capturing a different (and dice-rolling) kind of magic, this campaign will immerse audiences in an exciting, serialized new form of collaborative storytelling, and highlight just how much is possible when some of the best artists in the city work together to save the world."
