Sound of Silent Film Festival Recommended Member Picks Agenda

Presented by Access Contemporary Music, the sixth annual Sound of Silent Film Festival will again feature scores from Chicago composers performed live to contemporary silent films. Chris Marker's La Jetee (1962) is certainly the festival's prize piece—with a score by Seth Boustead and narration by Michael Downey—but the daily program will also include Joss Stelling's Waiting Room, Chantal Akerman's Hotel Monterrey, and Brigid Moeller's Egg Love. —Kevin Warwick
