A program of early silent films devoted to tricks and magic, most of them by Georges Melies and the others unsigned contemporary works produced in the U.S. The Melies films: Illusionniste fin de siecle; L'impressionniste fin de siecle (1899), A Trip to the Moon (1902), Jupiter's Thunderbolts (1903), L'enchanteur alcofrisbas (1903), Le reve du maitre de ballet (1903), La parapluie fantastique, ou, dix femmes sous une ombrelle (1903), Le apparitions fugitives (1904), Le palais des mille et une nuits (1905), Hydrotherapie fantastique (1910), and The Conquest of the Pole (1912). The U.S. films: Vanishing Lady (1898), The Mystic Swing (1900), A Mystic Reincarnation (1901), Pierrot's Problem (1900), The Artist's Dilemma (1901), A Delusion (1902), and A Pipe Dream (1905).
