Pakistani snack shop offering remarkable (and cheap) dishes like hunter beef.
Hunter beef is the Pakistani version of corned beef, a brisket cured in a masala that—depending on the recipe—may include salt, saltpeter, sodium nitrite, red chile, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger, garlic, cumin, mace, coriander, and other south Asian spices. Here you'll also find halal Indo-Pak fast food, sweets, snacks, and familiar main dishes—samosas, chicken charga, haleem, halwa, korma, biryani, kebabs, bhel puri, pani puri—all dirt cheap, and doraji ka mashoor gola ganda, a tooth-splittingly sweet regional variant of the shaved ice confection gola ganda.
