Locally-produced beverages are incorporated into, and paired with, six courses at Kith and Kin's Spirited Dinner: chef David Carrier joins reps from Hum Spirits, Rare Tea Cellar, and Ineeka Organic Tea to pair dishes like tea-poached halibut, lemon tea hollandaise and tea-blanched asparagus with a cocktail of Ineeka Green Tea Bier, Hum Botanical Spirit, egg white, and Rare Tea Cellar's Pharoah's Lemon tea.
