We all have certain troublesome feelings, thoughts, behaviors, etc., that seem to follow us around and interfere with our functioning no matter how hard we try to “self-improve.” Through a combination of experimental exercises and discussion based on principles from yoga, meditation, and psychotherapy, this workshop aims to help people understand more about their own “sticky thoughts” and how best to deal with them. Lani Granum is a seasoned yoga teacher well known to the Chicago yoga community. She and her husband Bob Feldman are also both licensed clinical social workers with established psychotherapy practices. This workshop is open to all levels of yoga and meditation practitioners. March 6th &13th 2:00-3:30pm all regular class fees and packages apply Walk-ins are welcome.
