Sunday Supper

Vie reintroduces its Sunday Supper, a seasonal series in which $25 buys a two-course meal. Today, options include cream of sunchoke soup with walnuts and maple cream; rainbow trout with Carolina gold rice, pickled summer beans, and spicy mayonnaise; chicken with cheesy grits, kale, and maple gastrique; and feuille de brick with roasted root veggies, soubise, and greens. A kids' menu is TBD; the cost for children under 12 is their age.
