Mingle in the garden and enjoy an adult evening on Chicago’s first certified-organic roof-top garden (weather permitting) featuring a sustainable seafood dinner. Coupled with a meet-and-greet with Shedd’s horticulturist Christine Nye, this is an evening you will not want to miss! COCKTAIL Smoked Lake Superior Whitefish crostini, arugula & citrus salad, caper aioli. Laughing bird shrimp ceviche, jalapenos, red onion, cilantro. Pole caught yellowfin tuna, brioche crouton, gribiche, relish, chervil. FIRST Wild Alaskan halibut, sorrel gnocchi, peas, fava beans, lemon buerre blanc. SECOND Wild salmon, Carolina gold rice, asparagus, ramp, crab & watercress salad. THIRD Strawberry rhubarb shortcake, Chantilly cream.
