Calling all seafoodies! Explore your talents of sushi rolling with experts from Plitt Seafood Company. They will lead you through the steps of creating your own sustainable seafood sushi roll and award the best ‘chefs’ with prizes! Join Shedd staff for a tour of aquarium residents who play an important role in our Right Bite program. End the evening with coffee and themed desserts. Sake, chopsticks and rolling mats included! Sushi will highlight sustainable options including smoked wild salmon and dungeness crab.
