In this workshop we will discuss and explore what Tantra is, and how it is unique, and what it means to be on a "tantric path." We will explore cross-crawl exercises and other therapeutic movement techniques, designed to help us organize ourselves more intelligently and efficiently in space, and to change stuck patterns in the muscles that often create and support inefficient structures. This is open to yogis of all levels of experience. Please be prepared to journey inside to discover how to use your own latent powers to effect positive change in you body, and in your life.
