Tapage nocturne

Also known as Night Noises—though the title literally means something closer to “disturbing the peace”—this 1979 feature by the always provocative, erotic, and politically incorrect novelist and filmmaker Catherine Breillat focuses on a director like herself whose dissatisfactions with marriage and motherhood lead her into affairs, including a sadomasochistic relationship with another director. I haven't seen it, but I'd be surprised if it's uninteresting. With Dominique Laffin and Marie-Helene Breillat.
