The Big Broadcast of 1938

The last of four Big Broadcasts produced by Paramount to show off the radio stars the studio had under contract. This one yielded Bob Hope's feature debut (he sings “Thanks for the Memories” to Shirley Ross), though W.C. Fields, as a set of twins, gets most of the laughs. With Dorothy Lamour, Martha Raye, and opera star Kirsten Flagstad (sounds like a Kup's Show lineup); Mitchell Leisen directed.
