The Chicago International Children's Film Festival
The Chicago International Children's Film Festival, now in its 13th year, runs from Friday, October 4, through Sunday, October 13, at Facets Multimedia Center, 1517 W. Fullerton; First Chicago Center, 1 S. Dearborn; and Pipers Alley, 222 W. North Ave. Tickets are $4 for children and adults, but various discounts are available to those who buy four or more tickets, including an unlimited pass for a family of four that can be bought for $100; the opening-night show is $25, which includes a reception.
