Isaac Gomez, a Chicago-based playwright raised in El Paso and Ciudad Juárez (and whose work often concerns stories from the southern border as in La Ruta last season at Steppenwolf), returns to the region in this play, in which Son comes home after ten years away, looking for answers about his uncle's mysterious death. Laura Alcalá Baker directs this production, commissioned and produced by Steep Theatre. The performance on Saturday, February 15 is audio described. The performances on Saturday, February 22 and Sunday, February 23 are open captioned.
