The Pink Panther Strikes Again

Blake Edwards's very funny sequel to his sequel to his sequel to The Pink Panther, with Peter Sellers repeating as Inspector Clouseau, the walking black hole in the universe. This 1976 entry is probably the best in the series since the first. Edwards's mordant slapstick is beautifully choeographed—see it twice, once for the jokes and once for the mise-en-scene. PG, 103 min.
