The Responsible Dominatrix

To the editors:

In response to the article printed [Neighborhood News, November 26] regarding the civil lawsuit involving Mistress Ava (Monica Franson) and the Chicago vice officers.

I commend Ms. Franson for having the courage to fight back against the vice officers' overzealous misguided tactics.

Having had the pleasure of meeting with Ms. Franson on several occasions, I found that she respects the psyche of her clients and that she never oversteps the boundaries of the law or of common sense.

It has been my observation that Ms. Franson during her dominance sessions sets a staged drama through the means of role-playing and bondage.

I sense that Ms. Franson can rationalize that while her clients are being overcome by cunning and masterful force [they] must submit in order to escape discomfort and penance, thus her clients yield their complete authority to Ms. Franson.

Ms. Franson in turn inflicts the suggestion of pain and punishment without harming her clients.

Ms. Franson uses the technique of compulsive bondage, humiliation, and discipline to bring about the helplessness and ultimate submission of her willing captive client.

She heightens the drama by telling a story in as graphic a manner as can be achieved.

I truly believe that Ms. Franson is very credible and further that she can not be classified as a prostitute.

I plan to follow the proceedings closely and if need be I will expose my identity and come to Ms. Franson's defense.
