The Taming of the Shrew

More debased Shakespeare from Franco Zeffirelli (Romeo and Juliet), the bard serving this time as a vehicle for the Burtons (1967). Well, I guess it's better than The V.I.P.s. Liz and Dick, as always, seem to be having an excellent time. With Michael York, Michael Hordern, Cyril Cusack, and Victor Spinetti; the score is by Nino Rota.
