The Wild, Wild World of Jayne Mansfield

The 50s icon at the sad end of her career, leading a Mondo Cane-like tour of European nudist camps and drag shows. Released in 1968 after her death, it includes newsreel footage of the site of the car crash that killed her. The direction is credited to Joel Holt, Charles Brown Jr., and Arthur Knight—not the distinguished film critic but, according to The Psychotronic Encyclopedia of Film, the auteur of the lost classic Around the World With Nothing On.
