Three Sisters Garden Fund-Raiser Recommended

In front of Red Light (or inside if it rains), chefs including Bill Kim (Urban Belly), Mark Mendez (Carnivale), Ina Pinkney (Ina's), Rick Gresh (David Burke's Primehouse), and George Bumbaris and Sarah Stegner (Prairie Grass Cafe) will cook up seasonal fare at a party to raise money for Three Sisters Garden--a small farm near Kankakee--to buy a larger delivery truck. Among the offerings: bloody Marys, crispy lamb rolls with yogurt dipping sauce, summer succotash, goat cheese cheesecake, and peach cobbler; Red Light chef Jackie Shen will also be roasting a pig. Reservations required.
