Toward More Correct Speech



To the editors:

This letter is in response to Jack Helbig's recent review of the Playwrights' Center's production People With Problems in which he called the cast "acting-impaired" [September 4]. As a member of that "acting-impaired" cast, I must say that the comment offended me. We prefer to think of ourselves as "differently performance abled."
