Two seatings, the first beginning at 5 PM with the options of a five-course($145), seven-course ($185), or five-course truffle "collection" ($225). The second, beginning at 8 PM, offers the options of a six-course ($225), eight-course ($265), or six-course truffle "collection" ($290). Add-ins of a sturgeon caviar tasting ($275), a whole roasted foie gras ($145), and Australian Wagyu (three ounces for $65, five for $95) are also available. There's a champagne toast at midnight.
