Two Brothers tasting menu Agenda Recommended

Seasonal ingredients are the star of the show on Uncommon Ground’s Two Brothers tasting menu tonight. Ricotta, spinach, broccoli, and basil manicotti with heirloom tomato sauce is paired with the brewery’s Long Haul session ale; an heirloom tomato and fried goat cheese sandwich with arugula and roasted garlic aioli goes with their Bitter End pale ale; and peach cobbler with blackberry gelato will be served with Domaine DuPage French country ale.
