Chef Chris Spear offers a three-course prix fixe with options like a romaine salad with Parmesan, red onion, and pickled cauliflower; whitefish, a rib eye, or a carrot-beet ragout; and chocolate-hazelnut cake or lemon tart with raspberry sauce. It's $50, $75 with pairings; $40 for early-bird seating between 5:15 and 5:45 PM. Live band Las Guitarras de Espana will begin performing at 9:30 PM.
