Executive chef Jason McLeod's four-course tasting menu features oysters, agnolotti with lobster, fennel, and orange, short ribs with sunchokes and winter truffles, and a Vacherin with chocolate and banana. The regular menu is also on offer, as are wine pairings for an additional $40. Also available Friday and Saturday.
