Programming platforms for artists are becoming more accessible all the time, but the learning curve can be steep. Having an intro to the basic concepts of writing code for time-based and visual digital media can be a big help. This workshop will go over the concepts and themes common to environments such as Flash and Processing, and help get your feet wet writing some basic code. A laptop is requested but not required. Instructor: Josh Siegal. Pre-Registration is required. Contact Rani at 312-863-1375 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
