When: Mon., May 17, 7 p.m. 2010
Instructor: Brian Hischier. You see light every day, but for some reason it's difficult to capture it in your photographs. This basic course introduces you to much of the available light you will run across in your day-to-day shooting. From natural light to artificial light, we talk about its temperature, the direction of light, and the way to think about it when you see it. We'll also introduce you to an inexpensive two-light setup that can add just enough power to adequately expose most anything you want to shoot. Bring your own camera--point-and-shoots and digital SLRs are both welcome.
